Going in this Thursday!

It's official!  Baby Carly will be born this Thursday!  I've had soooooo many doctor's appointment the past few weeks and countless trips to L&D for NST's & lab work.  Today I had an unplanned doctor appointment because questionable pre-e symptoms at my NST yesterday.  Basically, my doctor said enough is enough and I will not be coming back to her office pregnant.  She sent me over the the hospital for labs, yet again, and told me that if they came back unfavorable I would be induced today.  If they came back fine I would be induced this Thursday morning!

I knew they would be fine, since most of my blood work has come back okay up to this point.  And they were fine.  So, as of now I am scheduled to check into the hospital on Thursday at 8AM for induction!  The doctor is very optimistic that I will respond well since I am already 3-4cm dilated, 80% effaced and have been having semi-regular contractions.  Basically they are going to break my water when I get there, see how things progress, and if needed hook me up to pitocin.  Which ever way it happens, baby Carly is expected to be here by mid afternoon!  We are so excited and very anxious to meet our sweet baby girl!
