Watch what you say -- baby is now able to hear outside noise from down in the womb. Studies show that baby finds gentle music and your own voice most soothing. Nipples are starting to sprout, and that little face is fully formed. And, baby's starting to settle into sleep cycles, snoozing about 12 to 14 hours a day. It shouldn't be hard to figure out when -- just pay attention to those kicks as they start and stop.
I'm nearly in my 6th month already! She's kicking like crazy lately! I absolutely love it because it's so reassuring. I'll sit at my desk at work with a big grin on my face...people probably think I'm crazy. We're already having our own private little mommy-daughter moments and I love it. I love that no one else gets to share it. Although, I did try to have Jon feel her one night....he says he thinks he did...but I'm pretty sure he didn't...he'll know when he does..soon enough I'm sure!
I came home from work today to the most perfect pink bedroom! I LOVE IT! Thanks to my mom and sister for helping me clean it out this weekend and thanks to my hubby for painting 'Princess Bouquet' walls :o) Her room is coming along now and it's so exciting!! I ended up finding bedding that I LOVE. I didn't necessarily like the pictures of it online....but when I saw it at Baby Depot I had to have it! And I got it for a steal!
It's so pretty. This is not her room, by the way...it will be way cuter :o) Now, if only I knew her name...
